a.      FINANCIAL STATEMENT: To approve the financial statement to 28/2/25.

b.      PAYMENTS : To approve the list of payments requiring authorisation.

c.      BANKING: To review the councils banking arrangements.

6.                  FINANCIAL REGULATIONS: To consider adoption of the updated financial regulations

7.                  INTERNAL AUDITOR: To consider appointment of an internal auditor.

8.                  LOCAL COMMUNITY NETWORK: To discuss benefits and outcomes, and consider future participation.

9.                  FLOOD PREVENTION & MANAGEMENT:  To discuss next steps following meeting with the SRA.
